There is some seriously weird shit on Japanese TV. The title of this show can barely prepare you ...

It's done entirely with mannequins.

Bizarre 1950s era WASP mannequins.

The mannequin family hears a noise coming from upstairs.

A bad screencap, but ... a girl mannequin in a red hat looks on as a boy mannequin plays on the swingset. For real. Oh Mikey!

This show isn't even the weirdest thing I've seen on Japanese TV. That honour would go to this show I saw where a man, dressed in a robot costume, enters the panda cub enclosure at a zoo with a video camera in hand. He then proceeds to wrestle with the panda cubs and attempt to take closeup video of their crotches ... for the next 20 minutes. Later in the show he comes back and tries the same thing, this time dressed in a panda costume. The results appear to be the same in either costume.

I remember showing you a link to that show a long time ago!!! It's like, one of Japan's most popular shows!

I remember that link. It didn't prepare me for seeing it in person.
