Where The Streets Have No Names

Most buildings have names here. The name on my apartment building reads (so I've been told) Prince Heights Kounan. The buildings have names because the streets don't. Many print advertisements feature small maps of the area between their location and the nearest station so customers can find it. The biggest service neighbourhood police provide (at least on a daily basis) is giving directions.
