How can you tell the difference between Tokyo Tower and the Eiffel Tower?

Tokyo Tower is 13 m taller.

In the second picture, the tall building with the white and blue lights reminds me of Shinra Headquarters in FF7. I wonder if it was an inspiration?

Yeah it is! There were actually 3 Ferris Wheels visible from Tokyo Tower. Japanese people seem to love Ferris Wheels.
