Before the rave, happy about not having to line up since I bought advance tickets through an entirely Japanese website. Using Google's translator and James' help, I managed to order tickets that were delivered COD - that's handy!

The first rave I've ever been to, and it was so cool. Although by 5am I was tired of dancing.

Things start to get weird ...

One of many Japanese people we met that night, and my friend Suguru on the left who is visiting from Canada for a few weeks. Peter, one of my Nova coworkers, is in the background.

Van is very pleased to meet this guy.

Very tired, but the rave was cho segoi (mega awesome).
