White Christmas

James and I went to an amusement park today and it was a perfect way to spend Christmas Eve. It was cold, full of candles and lights, and there was snow. I joined a crowd of Japanese people standing joyfully under a snow machine and the neon lights of a giant ferris wheel and thought of home. Although the meaning was different for them, we were all happy that there was snow for Christmas.
