It seems like pets are little more than accessories in Japan. They're small, they're purebred, and they get carried around in designer bags. But every dog you see is just about the cutest thing ever. This little guy, who has been dyed pink, green, and yellow, was running around lost at Shinjuku station, the busiest train station in the world.
