for I love economy exceedingly

I put an offer down on a house today, and I did it all by myself. That's the part I like best so far. The cold can of coke the married sales agent offered me, and the way he kept tripping over himself when he first met me, was also good.

My uncle the daytrader doesn't approve of me buying a house, perhaps financially he doesn't consider it a good deal; I could tell by the tone of his "Ahhhs" and "I sees" that he wasn't into what I'm doing the way my parents are. It made me feel defiant and distant for awhile in the afternoon.

I am committed to buying, though not yet on paper. If not this house, then another one I have lined up. And being committed to buying means I am committed to finding a job, and committed to moving on with my life whether I like it or not.

In a few days I'll know what I end up with.
