I struggle with the decision to keep this site up. It's not truthfully that I don't have free time, but that time is taken up by the computer, my new generation television. It's not that it's better for me, or even more fun - but one has to give one's time to something. And it's so much easier to play that video game than it is to think about hating my job or running the house or the decline of my relationships. It's not avoidance; it's the path of least resistance.

But starting this site was the wonderful beginning of this great new honest me - the me even I liked better. Shutting it down would seem to signal a return to the years when I was writing one thing, and saying another.

And it's not like I haven't been writing lately.
