experiment in sleeping well

I went to bed last night at 10pm. I know, what's with that? All it did was mess me up royally. Example: when I went to bed, I was feeling fine. Tired yes, but that's just because I didn't get too much sleep the night before (and that was a-ok with me). And maybe I was feeling a little bit hungover, because hey working all day after drinking all night will do that to you - you heard it here first.

So right, I was just feeling a bit tired and yucky last night, no problemo. But when I woke up today, I couldn't breathe! My nose was all stuffed up, and the reason it was stuffed up was because my head was so full it had nowhere else to go but my nose. My mouth was majorly dry because my body, in a desperate act of self-preservation, had been breathing through it all night when my nose got blocked. My lips were all filmy too, of course. Gross eh? Oh yeah, I also have this cough that is so loud and obnoxious you will swear you can hear the phlegm being moistly torn off my bronchii with each hack. *SLURRRRKKKK!*

Plus, I had two dreams: In the first one, he was chasing me down the highway in a sleek sports car, while I had a cube van with manual transmission. We were screaming down the strip, but I knew he'd catch up and we'd crash. It was kind of hot. In the second one, I was pregnant; like really pregnant. It felt physically awesome though, even when I was being chased through a school by some crime gang, and even when I gave birth to a plastic kewpie doll.
