Fri Oct 06 00 / 3:52 AM Jen and I went to the Mercury Lounge tonight. Of course it immediately reminded me of him. And while I was on the dance floor, I kept thinking, "What would I do if he was here?" Would I have my hands on his hips to the tune of the hipster music? Would I lean in closer to ask some silly question so I could put a hand on his chest? Would I walk up from behind so I could give him a hug that was all my idea? Would I even know where to begin, and would he like where it ended? |
