Tue Aug 15 00 / 3:15 AM This one involves sleepwalking. last night's dream: I was George Costanza and I told people that my hidden talent was running really fast. Nobody believed me. I didn't even really believe me (how very Costanza of me). I was at my old high school in Renfrew, and I had forgotten something at home. The bus I often take in Ottawa wouldn't get me home very quickly, so I decided I would try out my running skills. It turned out that I really could run extremely fast, and I started tearing around the sidewalks of some quiet green suburub. I could run so quickly that, with each step, I was vaulted so high into the air that I could kick my feet back and forth a few times before landing and taking another step. I giggled a lot. Some time later, I dreamed I was expecting company. I knew I was asleep, and wouldn't want the company walking into my room when they arrived. I decided to barricade the door. I woke up to find myself standing beside my bed, with my laundry basket (filled with heavy items from around my room) blocking the door. Relating to the other day, I am amused at this uncontrolled action of mine, but wish I could have been there to see it. |
